To cancel your GLI membership please email rwtf@defence.gov.au requesting the date of cancellation and quote your PMKeyS number. Please note:
your ongoing Direct Debit will be cancelled, but you will be covered by the GLI scheme until the date your next payment was scheduled in Ezidebit, or your separation from the Air Force, whichever comes first.
you must remain a GLI member until your current loan is repaid in full if you received the discounted FMC rate on this loan applicable to GLI members from 17 Nov 25 (i.e General Purpose Loan at 3% p.a. and Home Improvement Loan at 4% p.a.).
you do not need to request GLI cancellation if you are transitioning from SERCAT 6&7 to Reservist SERCAT 3–5. In this case RWTF will auto-cease your GLI membership and Direct Debit based on a Defence separation report.
Last day this year to submit loan applications is Mon 15 December and we will recommence processing loans on Mon 19 January.
